Bingo Rotation Fencing for April to June 2013 at Club Regent Casino (Partial Schedule).

All clubs who are providing an alternate needs to provide a volunteer to work the bingo
as well so they need to have two volunteers from their clubs.

Chairperson has the following responsibilities: Very Important or no one gets paid!!!!

-Overseeing the group for the entire session.

-Report to the Casino Bingo Manager immediately upon arrival at site.

-Ensure that all volunteers sign up on arrival.

-Report to MFS Bingo Coordinator via email (cmjseitz@mts.net) if someone does not
show up for his or her assignment.
If alternates show up but are not needed, record their name so they are credited.

-Mail or Fax yellow copy of sign up sheet to Manitoba Fencing Association within one
week of the date of the bingo.

Please Note: Two Alternates are assigned in order to ensure that there are sufficient
personnel available. Both Alternates will be paid.

Please advise the Bingo Coordinator if you are unable to fill your Alternate or the
