Chairperson has the following responsibilities: Very important or no one gets paid!

• Overseeing the group for the entire session.

• Report to the Casino Bingo Manager immediately upon arrival at site.

• Ensure that all volunteers sign up on arrival.

• Report to MFA Bingo Co-ordinator via email (fencingmb@shawbiz.ca) if someone does not show

up for his or her assignment. If alternates show up but are not needed, record their name so they

are credited.

• Mail or Fax yellow copy of sign up sheet to Manitoba Fencing Association within one week of date.
