MFA Registration & CFF Licence 2011-2012 Fencing Season

For new & returning members:

- Enter CFF licence and password. If you need a password please follow the prompts on the page.

Note – if you do not have a password or forgot yours it will email the information to the email you provided to the CFF last season.
(IMPORTANT!
If Lightning Fencing Club did the on-line registration for you last season, you will need to contact me for the password we assigned to your account, so that you can register on-line for the new season.
Please email me and I will provide your password. You will also need to change some of the registration information. Please review the account information presented and change as necessary.

- Next a page with your personal information will pop up – please confirm or make any necessary changes.
Note – you can update address, etc. throughout the season.
- Next you will be directed to a page asking for Sport Involvement & Assumption of Risk. You must check the assumption of risk to continue. Select the province you are registering for – please make sure it is Manitoba.
- Next you will be asked to select your MFA membership type – if you are fencing it is $130 (Competitive member); MFA supporters (Associate member) are $25.
- Upgrade options are also presented. Please choose which ever is applicable; Intro Program Upgrade, Associate Upgrade.
- Next you will see a total of fees being billed; your CFF licence fee of $22.50 will also be on this page.
- Next you will be asked to pay – Visa or MasterCard are your choices.
- You will be emailed confirmation.
- Please follow all the prompts and provide all requested information.
- Next a page with your personal information will pop up. Please fill in all required fields.
IMPORTANT! Print the receipt that appears after a successful registration. A copy of this receipt must be provided to the club along with the club registration forms. A receipt will also be sent to the email address that you provided during the registration process. Optionally, you may forward the receipt to the club via email rather than providing a printed copy.
